Sirenstrum supplies lingerie, bodysuits, and soft intimate apparel to boutiques, online stores, importers, and private label brands. This website is intended for browsing the product range, reviewing style and specification details, and contacting our team for a wholesale quotation.
We work to keep product names, images, descriptions, and availability details accurate. Because colours, fabric texture, screen settings, and stock status can change, our team will confirm the specification in writing before an order is placed into production. Gallery images are for style reference; the approved sample and written specification govern the order.
Sirenstrum does not publish retail prices or operate a public checkout. Buyers send an inquiry with style numbers, target quantity, size run, colour direction, packing needs, and destination country. Our team then confirms the specification and issues a written quotation stating unit pricing, MOQ, packing, lead time, and shipping terms.
Payment is made using the details stated on your written quotation, and we will not ask you to pay into different account details mid-order. Production is scheduled once the confirmed payment has cleared. If payment details ever need to change, we will confirm the change with you through the original conversation connected to your order.
A quotation applies to the quantity and specification quoted and may change if those change. Quantities are not reserved until the confirmed payment has been received, and availability of fabrics, trims, and components can shift. If a material becomes unavailable, we will offer a comparable alternative or discuss adjusting the order before production.
Where a sample is requested, the sample route, cost, and timing are confirmed in writing before it is produced. Bulk production follows the approved sample and written specification for colour, materials, measurements, and packing, within normal manufacturing tolerances for intimate apparel.
Delivery options, timing, and packing details depend on the destination country, selected styles, order volume, and carrier conditions. Estimated delivery dates are guidance only and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in the quotation.
Because this is a business-to-business supply relationship, claims are handled against the approved sample and written specification rather than as retail fit returns. Please inspect goods on arrival and raise any shortage, damage, or specification concern in writing with supporting photos within the inspection window agreed on your order, and before goods are washed, altered, relabelled, or sold on.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Requests after payment depend on whether materials have been ordered and whether production, customisation, packing, or carrier handover has already started. Work already completed may not be recoverable.
Care guidance is provided as a reference for you and your customers. Delicate lace, mesh, satin, straps, and trims need careful handling. Sirenstrum is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, storage, alteration, relabelling, or use outside normal garment care after delivery.
