Size Guide and Size-Run Reference

Use this chart as the starting point for the size run you want to buy, not as a fixed specification. Sizes are confirmed against the approved sample and the measurement basis you need before production, because fit shifts with lace, mesh, satin, cup shape, strap construction, and the elastic used in each style.

Measure over the fullest part of the bust, under the bust where the band sits, the narrowest waist point, and the fullest hip point. If you are supplying your own grading or size chart, send the measurements you want us to build to and we will confirm them before the sample stage.

Spec confirmation

Sizing details agreed before production.

These four points cause most sizing disputes in intimate apparel, so they are settled in writing at the quote and sample stage rather than inferred from photographs.

Measurement basisConfirm whether you need body measurements or garment measurements taken flat. The two are not interchangeable, so the basis is agreed in writing before sampling.
Size range and gradingTell us the run you need, for example XS-XL or S-XXL, the interval between sizes, and whether you also need an extended or plus run.
Cup and band constructionUnderwired, bralette, and bodysuit styles sit differently on the body. Confirm cup construction, band adjustability, and strap placement before approving a sample.
Stretch and recoveryElastic, mesh, and lace recovery affects how a style holds its shape across a run. Sample review is the point to check it, not after bulk production.
RFQ checklist

What to send with a sizing request.

A complete sizing request is answered faster and quoted more accurately. Include as many of these as apply.

1

Size range

The sizes you want to buy, listed in order.

2

Measurement basis

Body measurements or flat garment measurements.

3

Target market sizing

Whether the run should follow US, EU, UK, or your own chart.

4

Fit feedback

Notes from earlier orders — where a style ran tight, loose, or short.

5

Quantity per size

The size breakdown you are planning, not just the total quantity.

6

Destination country

So packing, labelling, and any size-marking requirements can be checked.

Sample Sizing and Approval

Where a sample is produced, the size and measurement basis used for that sample are recorded and become the reference for bulk production, within normal manufacturing tolerances for intimate apparel. If you need a size set rather than a single sample size, say so in the enquiry so the sample cost and lead time can be quoted correctly.

Between Sizes and Grading Gaps

Where a buyer's market sits between two of the sizes above, the practical options are to adjust the grading of an existing style or to select a different silhouette that better matches the intended fit. Both are discussed before a sample is cut, since changing grading after a sample has been approved invalidates that approval.
