Sirenstrum works on a quotation basis, with no public checkout. You send an inquiry, we confirm the specification and quantity with you, and you receive a written quotation with the payment details before any production is scheduled.
Send the product name or page link, style numbers, target quantity per style, size run, colour direction, packaging needs, destination country, and target timeline. If you are comparing styles, our team can review fabric, construction, and packing options before you decide.
A real person checks the selected styles against your quantity, size run, colour and packing requirements, and any private label notes such as hang tags, barcode labels, or gift box presentation. Anything we cannot confirm is flagged before the quotation is issued.
The quotation states the unit pricing for the confirmed quantity, the MOQ for each style, the packing specification, the lead time, and the shipping terms. Please review it and request changes before approving it — pricing applies to the quantity and specification quoted.
Production is scheduled once the confirmed payment has cleared through the payment details stated on your quotation. Sirenstrum does not take payment through a public checkout page, and we will not ask you to pay into different account details mid-order.
Only pay using the details on the quotation sent by Sirenstrum through the conversation connected to your order. Do not pay through links from unknown senders, copied screenshots, social comments, or messages that do not match your confirmed quotation. If payment details ever change, we will confirm them with you through that same original conversation.
Quantities are not reserved and production slots are not held until the confirmed payment has been received. If payment is delayed, availability, lead time, and selected options may need to be reconfirmed.
If you need to change size run, colour, packaging, destination, or quantity, contact us before payment and before production starts. Changes requested once production has begun may not be possible, and changes after packing or handover to the carrier may affect cost and timing.
